• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Process for Refunds
• To initiate a refund, contact us at support@rackedupworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
